username and password not passed

running the command ./ibcontroller.paper/IBControllerGatewayStart.sh does fire off the IBG window but the username and password fields are blank and there is no login happening. I made sure my username and password in the IBController.ini file as well as in the IBControllerGatewayStart.sh Snip20201215_11

Any idea will be appreciated? Thanks
