[Kimai] Bump some versions and an image

  • Updated MariaDB to 20.x.x
  • Updated redis to 20.x.x
  • Changed the bitnami-shell image to os-shell. bitnami-shell isn't maintained anymore.

JFI: The 2.29.0 Image wasn't build at the moment. So the update of kimai will fail.

@rhizoet Thx for the PR Unfortunately I can't accept it.

  • The update of mariadb chart would be a breaking change. See https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/bitnami/mariadb#to-20-0-0
  • I need to remove the redis, because the support was remove from kimai

I will tacke it one by one.

The docker build pipeline for kimai is broken. @kevinpapst will probable look info it soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.
