Make fetch_cricket_data available to user

The function fetch_cricket_data() is currently not exported. I am not sure why this choice was made. I think its better if it was made available to the user, because it does all the work of scraping, even if you don't intend the user to directly use this function. Its nice for the user to be able to see the code easily.
