All greyscale images?

I ran the code on my Raspberry Pi 3 with OpenCV and it looks like all of the images are in grayscale, is this the expected result? Thanks!

This is (gray-scale) normal, but I was wondering how may apply a color map (post processing) on this video stream?

did you find the way to get the visuals in color ? mine shows grayscale still . please respond asap
