Feedback on a draft spec

We'd be interested in getting your feedback on https://www.unicode.org/reports/tr58/. It's in an early draft stage.

The goal is to be better about handling non-ASCII Unicode characters, both in link detection and in link serialization.

Hi @macchiati! I just wanted to let you know that this is a great idea in general. I've started reading the draft but haven't yet had time to finish it.
