docs: add link to Github Pages template repo

Very cool work, thanks for that!

I created a template repository to easily host an encrypted website with Github Pages. I thought it might be an interesting pointer for people. If you think so too, feel free to merge this.

I was just passing here but wanted to reference a security issue on the template and make sure it was referenced here also: https://github.com/a-nau/password-protected-website-template/issues/1

It's not a big security issue, but maybe staticrypt maintainer want at least that the readme of the template clearly repeat the security basics for everybody that would use it.

EDIT: security issue has been resolved by @a-nau in a really short delay and with a user-friendly solution.
