Support SASL OAuthBearer Authentication

With KIP-255 OAuth Authentication via SASL/OAUTHBEARER, Kafka now supports OAuth tokens as a method of authentication.

Faust currently supports 'PLAIN' and 'GSSAPI' as sasl mechanisms. Is someone already working on 'OAUTHBEARER'?
