Section DeviceCommissioning

the eds editor writes a section DeviceCommissioning when creating a dcf file. According to CIA306, and also what is to be seen on the GUI, there must be a key NodeName and NetworkName, but they do not show up in dcf. Also, if i change sth in the GUI, when saving it is reset to default (0 or empty string), except NetworkName. This is confusing.
