When i excute ./flac2mp3.pl /Volumes/2019flag /Volumes/2019MP3， there was wrong "flac not found at ./flac2mp3.pl line 228."

Please check your path, is "/Volumes/2019flag" really correct?

Did you install flac? Is flac available in your current path? What does command -v flac say?
