CONTRIB: Add support for non-embedded artwork..

This change adds support for use of non-embedded artwork (i.e. artwork kept in folder.jpg) in the absence of embedded artwork. Such artwork is supported by Squeezebox Server and this option allows it to also be included in MP3s without the need to discover metaflac.
