Drawing text is hard with a mouse, so a way to just type some text in would be great. Not even Draw on Page has this feature though, so I am not sure if it's within your project's scope

This sounds very interesting. Combined with the accumulated suggestions and critique received over the recent few months I am definitely thinking of implementing your suggestion.
