change to renderer editor for oneToOne relationships, 2 nav menus, sub-menus via sitemesh

Tested it briefly and it seemed to be doing what I intended.

As I played with the renderEditor changes I realized it works well for creating, but not editing. maybe their is a way to make it behave conditionally, if so might still be worth keeping.

The sitemesh menu stuff was something I saw on your todo list. I just whipped something up pretty quick. I always thought the default navigation for grails felt more like a sub navigation so I did something similar to the way I have modified it on other projects in the past. The styling of the main nav needs some differentiation from the sub-nav obviously, but haven't gotten to that yet.

Yeah, I have briefly experimented with some modified nav. As you say the default navigation feels more like a 2nd level as you'd expect links to the other controllers as well.

I'm not sure what the best option is as it feels like something that will almost certainly need to be modified in just about any app. I'd really like to be able to at least move the nav out into the Sitemesh template so people could modify the nav but continue to use dynamically scaffolded pate templates.
