Vanilla Apache/PHP/MySQL docker setup?

Can you add an option to create a blank PHP/apache/MySQL site? Right now we can only choose between static and WordPress, but just having a blank PHP environment would be really nice :)

Heyy I'm currently maintaining this project, I might need to re structure the whole docker structure with the new support for Docker for mac and windows rather than using docker-machine. I'll keep you updated with all the new release later on
