Allow Support for Buttons

Discord added buttons to beta versions so I was wondering if development can get started for this as soon as possible since I’d love to be able to support my bot with buttons on Day 1. Also, some kind of parameter should be added like .use_Buttons() or something so people can choose to use reactions.

Official button support will be available on the next branch soon. I will ping you on this issue when it's available.

Note that it won't stabilize until discord.py 2.0 is actually released, though, so you'll need to pull from the branch.
