Feature: File name shown in notifications

Hey Robert, Sometimes I notice that the clipboard pastes from Gemini or from the apply button isn't updated paste enough and vs code applies the previous clipboard item.

A solution, if possible, would be to show the file name thats being updated.

Eg, showing the file name in either of these popups - ideally the final one so that it applys to all applied changes.

Hi, please send versions of vscode and browser extensions. At one point I added 500ms wait between copying chat response and sending message to the editor. One reason of your issue would be that it is not enough although it is hard to believe 🤔 Are your chat responses really big?

Hi Robert, i've got Chrome Extension Version 1.1.0 and Vs Code Version: 1.12.0 (just updated).

I will monitor it for now. The trigger for me was that between applying two diffs, the first one was applied twice.
