Load best quality image when viewing

when viewing an image (tapping on it) the image should be load the best quality version of it, then when you download it, it will download from cache of best quality image that has been already loaded to save bandwidth without downloading again.

I will consider adding an option to the 'Tweet image quality' setting to view the best image quality 'always in image preview'.
