Autofill fails on sites using different-origin <iframe> for login form

The autofill facility fails on sites such as https://connect.garmin.com which use a separate iframe for the login form and the iframe's document is on a different origin to the main site.

This is partially addressed in c1b639e7 which solves the problem for sites where the login form is hosted on the same origin as the main document. Solving this for sites which serve the login form from a different origin, such as https://connect.garmin.com , will need further work.
