Docker container

Very cool project!

I'm just testing it out, and getting some skeletal data out now.

One thing that is tricky is the whole install/setup, which I thought could benefit from being encapsulated as a Docker container.

What do you think?

Also forgot to mention that I've been working without a GPU, so that makes the install a little tricky, but with Docker we could provide two different images; GPU and CPU.
