Doesn't work with Maya 2018

I get this error: // Error: file: F:/OneDrive/Maya Scripts/maya-timeline-marker-master/timeline-marker.mel line 352: The timeline-marker module, version 3.0.2 could not be installed as non of the module paths were writable.

doesn't work with maya 2017 either, install fail
