Stalling during Calling copy number events (Computing Cluster (Copy Number))

Hi there. I am running into an issue with web-based Ginkgo where the process is stalling at 98% of Step 2: Calling copy number events ...(Computing Cluster (Copy Number))

I have a similar issue here as stalling at '68% complete. Step 2: 5% Calling copy number events...'

Okay... seems like after excluding some bad batches/barcodes/cells, I can get the analysis summary now... thanks!
