Why not just use the Unlicense?

I just read the README, this seems interesting.

This jumped out at me:

Clobber is in the public domain in countries where it is possible to place works in the public domain explicitly. In other countries, we will distribute Clobber according to a license that lets the user do whatever he or she pleases with the code.

Isn't this a solved problem? Why not release this under the Unlicense immediately? I've been using the Unlicense extensively for more than a decade without a problem in sight.

Thanks. That's a good idea.
