I've only seen this happen with multi-file torrents. If I make a single file torrent it'll complete without errors.

After a torrent has finished downloading, make possible to (automatically) import its file/folder to a local IPFS node

In the Preferences dialog under Transfers -> Management you can have Transmission call a script when a download completes. I'd suggest writing a generic IPFS pinning script and sharing that...

Revert macOS dock icon badge colours to 3.0 version

Any chance we could have the color change as a user preference? I prefer the bright colors since I'm using the dark macOS theme.
