show todo command is gone

after i installed SublimeTODO the show todo command appears in the command panel. After i opened a project or create a new file, the todo doesn't appear anymore. Remove and install the package again solve the problem. Open a project than remove the package and install it again doesnt work :(

I use Sublime 2.0.1 on Mac OS 10.8.2
