Migrate to Swift and Metal?

No one else seems to be doing it, so I forked this project and converted the PanaoramaView and Sphere to Swift 5.2.

Next task is to convert to Metal now that Apple deprecated OpenGL.This won't be easy for anyone, and in particular me since I don't know anything about either of those...
