Wakefield appears to work for me when using this example URL

https://www.wakefield.gov.uk/where-i-live/?uprn=63035490&a=115%20Elizabeth%20Drive%20Castleford%20WF10%203RR&usrn=41801243&e=445418&n=426091&p=WF10%203RR

You can find your own unique URL by following the instructions here until you get the page that includes a 'Bin Collections' section, then copy the URL and replace the URL in the command.

Thanks I've done all that but it doesn't work. Maybe it's to do with Selenium? Or maybe I'm doing it wrong, is there a tutorial anywhere?

P.S. Elizabeth Drive is just up the road from me.. Derwent Drive 😁

I haven't tried it but as far as I can see the Wakefield script doesn't use Selenium.

Are you running a Selenium Docker container?

This is clearly above my pay grade 😂 I didn't know that I had to run Selenium locally.
