Update instruction for iOS

Hi, I'm following instruction to install XMPPFramework manually from here, but it's seem not be updated for a long time. I cant find Vendor folder when clone XMPPFramework, and so many error that I cant fix all of it, please update it with newest XMPPFramework version.
