Changed double-quoted includes to fix double-quoted includes warning in Xcode.

This is a simple fix to get rid of the warning message enabled in Xcode.

I only have tested this on macOS using Carthage. If someone can check for the other platforms and if cocoapods still works it might be mergeable.

I'm happy to change things if something is totally broken with the changes.
