Link is not accessbile by other service provider

I have this lib in one of my project and i am able to successfully run http server on my iphone but i am facing a wired problem that the link is not accessible by other service provider.

Suppose i install my app on an iPhone with internet service provider XYZ. When i open this link in any device connect to same service provide "XYZ " i am able to get data from this iphone. But when i try to open same link in other device connected with ABC internet service provider, i am not getting any kind of data from that link.

Please help me this is final phase of my project. Please reply as soon as possible thanks.
