Carla support CLAP plugins

Feature description

Not a feature request but I thought this would be the best issue category for this. The readme says that Carla doesn't support CLAP plugins but it now does.

Anything else?

Not here. Which version of Carla is supposed to host clap plugins? Looking for that feature for a while now.

My bad, I think it's supported in the latest version of the source code, not in the latest stable release
