How to use Synthwave84 (with or without a glow) for a static HTML page?

I am currently writing a .md document, with some LaTeX and HTML embellishments. It gets converted to HTML to be printed to PDF.

I love this aesthetic, use it on VSCode and would be happy to transfer it to my static document HTML pages.
