I've installed this branch manually (instructions here), but I'm not getting any syntax highlighting, and when I sort get popup error command 'extension.sortPriority' not found.

I'm not certain I've installed it 100% correct, however I do get the extra todo-txt menu items (from CTRL+SHIFT+P)

I'd love for the PR to be merged, as threshold t: is a critical function for an effective task management system.
