Pdf corrupted when sent by email

When I choose the email transfer method, the pdf files I receive are corrupted and cannot be opened by the PDF reader. They are also with smaller size (1MB or 2 MB).

When I choose to save them to disk, the pdf is OK. The verification email was OK. The size is around 6MB for the pdf I checked with.

I checked with two different email addresses (one from box.com, other my Ggmail address), same problem, so it doesn't seem related to the email provider on my side.
