Issue with rest endpoint.

Hi could you elaborate your project in little depth. I am new in corda and building an application in windows. I am trying to accessing nodeinfos from web server. So as i am working in corda os 4.4 open-source version. I have followed your instructions but something is not working out. And getting no response from rest endpoints.
