Docker image needs updating

Hey Stefano, I think the Docker image needs to be updated after the fix in https://github.com/roastario/spring-boot-network-map/pull/9

When trying to run 4.0 or the latest Docker image, it shows all the classgraph errors and then it's stuck waiting for the network map to start. If I build the Docker image locally that contains this change, it works fine.
