Feature request: include ctrl-n and ctrl-p keybindings to cycle a page reference autocomplete list

really we just need something that allows us to assign bindings for this action. I'd like it to be j and k for down and up. ctrl is a no go as that is what i use as modifier key for all the operating system controls. alt is for application controls.
