Make it easier to manage lots of settings and shortcuts

As more shortcuts are introduced, it may become harder to find the one people are interested in. For Vim Mode, I found myself taking longer to scroll through the list of shortcuts as I added more.

Some ideas:

• Have shortcuts be searchable by name/hotkey
• Warn when multiple shortcuts conflict with each other

I think something like the UI that IDEs typically use for mapping keys might be good:
