TextBlock asterisk indicating required doesn't go away when there is text in the textblock

I think this is a bug. In my form I have a textblock that I have made required. It is a form that has been upgraded from the 2.6 version of Roam. When a user enters text in the textblock, the asterisk (indicating that text is required) doesn't disappear, although the form can be saved.
