cannot Build environment setup windows 8

Build environment setup.txt cannot Build environment setup. I followed the steps on http://roam-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/dev-guide/Building/ but when i run "setupdev.bat" i get the error: can't open file 'setup.py': [errno 2] no such file or directory. See attachment for full log.

I download OSGeow and Visual Studio 2008 C++ Express. I m on a windows 8 pc

I had the same problem following the steps indicated in Win 8 and 10 but was never able to get it to work

I will have some updated build notes soon. Most of the build scripts have been refactored to make this process a lot easier then it used to be. Just hang tight and I will update this once it's done.

Have a look at the new notes in 06814bc and see if that helps.
