Search Function (doesn't)

For some reason the 'new' _all search function does not function. Even the old search would only find one layer and no others...below my project config file

why will the search only fiend the 'Field' layer to search from?

@mjfarrell can you try a new build and use the UI to manage the searches (NOTE: No UI for all search option yet)
