Capture at GPS point tool should take more than one reading then average the results

A lot of positional precision can be gained by taking a number of readings while the Data Entry form is open rather than a single reading.

How we work and configure this will need to be discussed at a later date.

Was thinking just a general plugin to enhance all aspects of GPS capture, adding lines/polygons etc. Can work in to core if it turns out well.

Right, I figure at some we will be able to add/remove tools from the map toolbar at some point using plugins?
