[💡FEATURE REQUEST]: HAProxy protocol support

Hi guys,

First of all thanks for you great job, and great software.

Will be very good if roadrunner can support ha-proxy protocol - https://www.haproxy.org/download/1.8/doc/proxy-protocol.txt.

It will allow use RR in digitalocean cloud with load balancers (https://blog.digitalocean.com/load-balancers-now-support-proxy-protocol/), without proxy protocol support imposible to get real client IP, and some proxy software need be between DO LB and RR.

Probably not only digitalocean have that issue, and it may be usefull with another cloud providers.

@vsychov Thanks for the proposal. We talked with @wolfy-j and decided to investigate the possibility to integrate ha-proxy protocol support into RR :) Stay tuned :+1:
