[💡FEATURE REQUEST]: Add continuous benchmark `github action`

I saw an interesting GA - https://github.com/marketplace/actions/continuous-benchmark. I guess, inside Github's GA docker env that feature would be inefficient (results will have big deviation ???), but we can use our server with self-hosted runners (https://docs.github.com/en/actions/hosting-your-own-runners/about-self-hosted-runners).
