I have an idea!

rr upgrade and rr upgrade config commands. It's just an initial idea and it might be changed, but would be nice to have command to upgrade rr itself and upgrade configuration between the releases. For example, rr upgrade command might upgrade rr to the latest stable version. And rr upgrade config v2023 v2024 would upgrade config from the previous version to the current (if there are any changes).
