Imagine opening more menus from a base one. Dismissing should go "back" to the previous menu.
Idk if anyone has neat ideas. I'm happy to accept basically anything that keeps the "how to use" pretty simple.
Don't need to select image view, username, and date label separately. Squish into one AX view (maybe using custom rect?) and make it readable: "rnystrom commented 3 minutes ago"
Maybe notification summary? Like notifications per repo? Idk.

It looks like this doesn't naturally trigger the `UITextViewDelegate.textViewDidChange()` method. Should we forward changed text to our custom text view listeners if the text is manually set? From GitHawkApp/GitHawk#2158
