Not able to change TLS mode on runtime

I've encountered a bug in the smtp4dev v3 docker image where the TLS mode cannot be successfully modified using the Update Settings API. Despite receiving a 200 status code, the TLS mode does not update as expected and reverts to the previous configuration.
