Automate documentation/demo updates

Currently this is a manual process that involves checking out gh-pages, running a bower-update, and then committing the changes. Unfortunately, Polymer is required to render the docs. The version of Polymer on gh-pages is frozen in time - I'll probably never update it, and it will be more trouble than it's worth to move to some other doc generator.
