It looks like IE doesn't like nested forms like the one on the Course edit page.

We need the ability to archive users that should no longer show up in the system.

Progress reports do not output in alphabetical order.

A course should not be able to have duplicate skills.

Currently, carriage returns and line feeds (/r/n) are getting saved to the database. It's not causing any problems (that I know of) but it is unclean and just feels dirty....

There is no way to enter a non-alpha character as a supporting skill code. Things like ✓ should be enterable.

Right now it is very confusing to run a report card report. Clean up the selection screen and at least sort the students by name.

Also, change the Debian package to respect this change and not overwrite it.

Sort the names by last name and then by first name. Smith, Jones should come before Smith, Sara.
