Update the README.md file to make the usage guide more user-friendly and intuitive.

  • Usage Section
    • Change all instances of gh-slack to gh slack.
    • Update examples to reflect the new command format.
  • Examples Section
    • Add a new section with examples for sending a message, creating gists, and testing token outputs.
  • Configuration Section
    • Update the configuration example to match the new command format.
