Halfpage scrolling keys? (C-d/C-u)

Hello,

Just found this terrific CLI, and think I will definitely continue using it. The VIM-inspired interface is great.

All the more was I irritated to, however find that C-u and C-d is not mapped, so you cannot halfpage scroll.

Can we add that? Thanks!
