Scroll.py the scrollbar dosen' scroll with the mouse or mouse clicks

When using scroll.py in Urwid I'm able to use the arrow keys, PgUp, PgDn, home and end. but nothing happens when clicking on the scrollbar. Not sure if this is a bug or a feature request.

I've not enabled GUI-style mouse support because I often copy and paste text from the TUI. If enabled, that would be impossible because all mouse events are passed through to the TUI by the terminal.

I would accept adding another feature that makes this configurable, so I guess it's a feature request.
